This is a new luxurious beach resort which is part of Jumeirah Beach Hotel Expansion, offering 350 keys with panoramic beachfront views of Burj Al Arab. It also includes construction of elevated tennis courts, sports complex, health clubs and a range of retail, food and beverage outlets. Its an extensive expansion of the existing yacht marina doubling its current capacity.
